Refund policy

Thank you for shopping at Standout Designs.

We offer refund and/or exchange within 14 days of delivery confirmation of your order. If 14 days have passed since your item was received, you will not be offered a refund and/or exchange of any kind.

Refunds and Exchanges

To process a return, please email hello@standoutdesignsknox.com with your order number, the item to be returned, and the reason for returning.

  • Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
  • The item must be in the original packaging.
  • Sale items are not eligible for return / refund.

If eligible for return, you will receive an email response with the return shipping label. Return shipping cost will be deducted from your refund amount.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If the refund is approved, then a credit will be applied to your original method of payment (minus the return shipping cost) and processed within a certain number of days.

If the item in question was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at hello@standoutdesignsknox.com.
