Shipping and Delivery Options
Shipping carriers, costs and time vary by item due to weight, dimensions, origin and fulfillment method.
For kids and ladies bags, standard US shipping options include:
- USPS Ground Advantage - starting at $4 (2-5 business days)
- USPS Priority Mail - starting at $8 (1-3 business days)
- USPS Priority Mail Express - starting at $27 (1-2 business days)
For print-on-demand items:
- Tumblers - first item $7.79, additional item(s) $4.59 (2-5 business days)
- Hats - first item $4.50, additional item(s) $1.00 (up to 6-10 business days)
- Hoodies - first item $7.39, additional item(s) $2.19 (2-5 business days)
Processing Time
Orders are processed within 2 business days, excluding weekends, public holidays and times when our team is out of service, which will be noted on the website with the planned date of resumed order fulfillment.
Made-to-order items such as printed or embroidered goods may take up to 7 days to process due to production time.
Once an order has been handed off to the shipping carrier, a tracking number will be sent to the customer.
Cancellations
Once an order has been submitted, processing begins and the order cannot be canceled. For questions regarding canceling and order, please contact us at hello@standoutdesignsknox.com.
Delayed Orders
In the case of delayed processing, customers will have the option to cancel their order for a full refund. Shipping provider delays do not fall under the seller's liability. For delayed delivery, please first contact the shipping carrier for the status of the package.
Damaged Items
Standout Designs is not liable for lost or damaged products after the order has been placed in the hands of the shipping carrier. If a product has arrived damaged, reach out to us so that we may assist you in filing a claim with the shipping provider.
